2. Customs Policy

Items including branded goods, large volumes of liquids or powders, and electrical products may be restricted by customs policies, posing certain risks during shipping. JoyaBuy is not responsible for customs clearance or any related legal liabilities arising from these risks.

3. Professional Inspection Limitations

For items like electronic equipment, branded goods, tickets, and cards, we cannot conduct professional inspections (e.g., quality, authenticity, completeness). Our inspectors can only check the item’s external condition and completeness of accessories, but cannot test the functionality.

4. Fragile Items

Items such as ceramics, glass products, and irregularly shaped items (e.g., wipers, automatic dampers) may be prone to abrasion or breakage during delivery. We guarantee the items are intact before shipping, but if they are damaged during transit, you will bear the resulting loss as they are categorized as fragile by logistics.

5. Customized Products

For customized orders, we recommend negotiating directly with the seller to ensure your requirements are met. After successful negotiations, provide us with the relevant details or Wangwang chat logs. We cannot conduct professional inspections on these items, so you will bear any resulting losses.

6. Deposit Orders

According to Taobao’s regulations, deposit orders cannot be canceled once placed. You must follow up on the seller’s updates and clear the outstanding balance before the items can be delivered. If the balance is not cleared within the specified time, the deposit will not be refunded.

7. Sellers with Poor Credit

We suggest choosing reputable stores with more than three hearts and Taobao guarantees. Low-credit sellers without guarantees may cause issues such as false delivery, non-delivery, lack of after-sales service, and no rights protection. You will bear any resulting losses from these risks.
