Do You Help Perform Quality Checks?

Once items arrive at the JoyaGoo warehouse, our professional inspectors will conduct quality checks on the items purchased through us.

For example, when inspecting clothing, we will verify the color, size (based on your remarks or any modifications made), visible damage, and other significant issues. If you encounter any problems upon receiving your parcels, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will provide you with confirmation of a negotiated solution. However, please understand that for certain details, such as color variations or loose threads, JoyaGoo cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

For electronics, which fall into a special category, JoyaGoo inspectors can only confirm that the items are visually intact and that all fittings are included. We are unable to test for quality issues through power-on checks.
