How Will You Handle Gifts Sent by the Seller with My Order?
Hello! The ownership of any gifts sent by the seller belongs to you, regardless of their value. As long as you do not have specific requirements to decline the gifts or if they are not suitable for mailing, we will wrap all the gifts in your parcels and send them to you as well.
Shopping Agent Service Gift Inspection Rules:
- If you would like a specific gift, please clearly indicate this in the remarks section when submitting your order. This will help us negotiate with the seller on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee that the seller will provide the requested gift. If the seller does not include any gifts, we will not issue replacements.
- If you do not include a note about the gift when submitting your order and the seller does not send any gifts, we will not conduct inspections or provide after-sales support for the gifts.
