International Package Delivery Agreement
Due to the particularities of international transportation, you must comply with the rules of international package shipping. Please read and accept the following terms and conditions thoroughly.
Package Compensation Standards:
If your products are lost, missing in quantity, damaged, delayed, or seized by customs during the shipment process due to reasons beyond JoyaBuy’s control, JoyaBuy is not responsible for compensation. We will also not be responsible for any compensation for indirect or non-realized profit losses. For more details, please refer to the “Insurance and Compensation” section.
JoyaBuy is not responsible for compensation in the following situations (for uninsured packages):
- No compensation will be given for mail lost due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or customs issues.
- If the delivered items violate prohibition or restriction regulations and are confiscated or handled by the competent authority in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, no compensation will be given.
- No compensation will be given if the package is intact with no signs of tampering, the weight is unchanged, but internal contents are missing or damaged upon delivery.
- If the mail tracking shows it has not been delivered properly and the logistics provider confirms that the parcel has been confiscated by customs, the logistics provider’s inquiry shall prevail, and no compensation shall be paid.
- No compensation will be given for mail lost or content shortage due to the customer’s responsibility or the nature of the sent item itself.
- No compensation will be given if the customer fails to inquire and make a claim for compensation from the date of delivery until the expiry of the inquiry period.
- No compensation will be given if international mail is detained, confiscated, or destroyed by the destination country according to its domestic laws.
Forbidden Items
Comply with national regulations on prohibited and restricted mail items in our country:
- National Regulations:
- Comply with the announcement of the State Post Bureau, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of National Security on the issuance of the “Regulations on the Administration of Items Prohibited from Delivery”.
- Comply with Order No. 43 of the General Administration of Customs (List of Prohibited and Restricted Entry and Exit Items of the People’s Republic of China).
- Items That Cannot Be Shipped Through Mail:
- Items forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to national law.
- Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, or toxic hazardous items.
- Publications, books, sources, or items containing reactionary content or obscenity.
- Currencies of all kinds.
- Items that violate public health.
- Items that rot easily.
- Live animals (except bees, silkworms, and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers).
- Items that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers or contaminate or damage other packages.
- Other items unsuitable for shipment through mail.
- Items Forbidden by Postal Practices:
- Items with qualities or packaging that may harm postal workers or contaminate/damage other packages or postal equipment.
- Items with metal seals or other sharp edges that may interfere with postal processing.
- All types of firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable, corrosive, and radioactive items or vessels, strong poisons, anesthetics, biochemical products, and infectious items.
- All kinds of publications, propaganda, or printed items that may endanger the security and stability of society or contain obscenity.
- All kinds of items that may endanger public health.
- Documents or items that are not accepted or allowed to be circulated in the recipient country.
