Order Status is “Received,” but Why Haven’t I Seen My Items in the Warehouse?

When the order status is “Received,” it means that your items have arrived at the JoyaBuy warehouse. Next, we will weigh and inspect the items to ensure their quality. After this process, your items will be confirmed and stored in the warehouse. Once the order status changes to “Stored,” you will be able to see them on the “Warehouse” page, and we will ship them to you as soon as possible.
