  k. Certain pornographic items or services.
  l. Ammunition, weapons, or certain weapon parts or accessories.
  m. Regulated weapons or knives under applicable laws.
• Transactions involving:
  a. The display of personal information of a third party in violation of applicable laws.
  b. Supporting pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other get-rich-quick schemes, or certain multi-level marketing schemes.
  c. Transactions related to purchasing annuities, lottery contracts, advance deposit systems, offshore banking, or transactions to finance or refinance credit card debt.
  d. Selling items before the seller has control or possession of them.
  e. Payment processors collecting payments on behalf of merchants.
  f. Transactions involving the sale of travelers’ checks or money orders.
  g. Currency exchange or check cashing businesses.
  h. Certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions, or insurance activities.
  i. Making or receiving payments related to bribery or corruption.
• Transactions involving the sale of products or services that government agencies have determined to be potentially fraudulent.

8. Governing Law

This Service Agreement and any additional agreements for the provision of services will be governed and interpreted by the laws of the United States.
