Shipping Restrictions and Guidelines
The shipping suggestions provided are based on our extensive experience with standard transportation. However, we are not responsible for any parcels that may be confiscated by customs. Please note the following important restrictions and guidelines:
Prohibited Items
- Cigarettes, Alcohol, and Drugs: These items are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted for shipping.
- Restricted Products: Items subject to customs restrictions will also not be accepted.
Special Handling for Certain Products
- Food, Liquid, Powder, and Gel Products: According to air transportation rules, these products require non-dangerous goods identification. We advise against shipping these types of products in large quantities.
- Small Quantities of Sensitive Products: If you need to ship a small number of sensitive products, you can include them with non-sensitive items such as clothes and shoes. For instance, if you have bottled cosmetic products, we can attempt to ship your parcel provided that:
- The volume of each bottled cosmetic product does not exceed 100ml.
- The total volume of all such products in the parcel does not exceed 200ml.
Important Notes
- Imitation Brands: Shipping imitation brand items is subject to strict regulations and may not be allowed.
- Prohibited Goods: Ensure that your shipment does not include any items classified as prohibited goods.
- Liquids, Pastes, and Food: These items are particularly sensitive and should be shipped with caution, adhering to the volume limits specified above.
- DVDs and CDs: These items may also be subject to restrictions depending on the destination.
