3) Transactions involving displaying another person’s personal information in violation of applicable law; supporting a pyramid scheme, Ponzi scheme, matrix scheme, other “get rich quick”scheme, or certain multilevel pyramid schemes; transactions related to the purchase of annuities or lottery contracts, advance deposit purchase systems, offshore banking, or the financing or refinancing of debt funded by credit cards; commercial or bank instrument transfers; currency exchange or check cashing operations; transactions involving certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions, or insurance activities; transactions involving the offering or receiving of bribes or corruption-related bribes; and transactions related to the purchase of annuities or lottery contracts, advance subscription purchase systems, offshore banking operations, or the financing or refinancing of debt funded by credit cards; commercial or bank note transfers; currency exchange or check cashing operations; transactions involving certain credit repair or debt settlement services, credit card transactions, or insurance activities; transactions involving the offering or receipt of payments related to bribery or corruption; and transactions involving the procurement of products or services that have been determined by a government agency to be highly probable of being fraudulent.
